Psychology test

First of all i would like to clarify that i am not suffering from any mental disease, Industrial and Organisational Psychology is a subject we have to study in sixth semester in B.Tech. Had first sessional test of psychology today. You can guess the scenario if 110 people are made to sit in a small room and there is only one invigilator to monitor them. Firstly he gave a out of syllabus question in the exam, on which people revolted so the number of question were reduced to 4. The questions were not much difficult but the only problem was that there was not enough time to attempt those questions in the given time. So, i had to cut the length of answers. Industrial and Organisational Psychology is such a subject that you can write anything related to organisation in it, it never goes out of syllabus. I answered almost every question, as the weight of paper counts in this test. The only problem was that the professor marked few people when we were writing the answers, it was based on who attended his classes, there were hardly 7-8 people he marked who were present everyday. I was not one of them. I think they deserve those extra 4-5 marks as they attended all the lectures. I am sure there were at least 60-70 people in the class who attended the class for the first time in whole semester. The teacher was also shocked to see so many people. He started video recording in the middle of the test, he might have thought of showing his colleagues how much students attend his class. But that was the first and last time many attended his class, as there wont be second class test, nor will we be sitting in same hall. Everyone will be sitting with their classes.
We also had a networking test in the morning, it was another 3 marks test from Mr.bhaskar. And the worst thing was most of the people didn't knew the syllabus. It has 5 questions, i guess half marks of each answer. Each question had two sub-parts, i dont know how much we were supposed to write for 0.25 marks. So, i wrote enough but now it all depends on the teacher.
Giving two tests just the next day after a party i feel good. As i didn't had to study too much. It all ended smoothly.

Hi,
The end semester exams are closing in but i dont feel like studying. Plus Bhaskar sir is taking 3 tests in a week of 3 marks each. Each test has 4-6 chapters of networking. It means 0.5 marks from each chapter. How can anyone study for half marks from a chapter. I mean what to study for half marks in a fifty page chapter. Also network simulator is left in networking lab along with networking project and two programs of message-logger and file-server. This is only the case of Networks. Similarly in AI lab. There is a project on 8-queen solver from DFS and Refined-test-and-search algorithm. The DFS implementation is my first prolog program. It feels so good after a program successfully executes. Control system is almost forgotten after its classes stopped in march. Software engineering is very boring subject, i can even bet if anyone can read 1 chapter continuesly without sleeping. Also cant do anything on the semester project. Dont know what is going to happen in this semester. But i dont think its much to worry about as same thing happens every year, so not to worry. This semester will also pass in next 20 days. Still searching for summer internship as after IBM, TCS is also refusing to take intern this year. Dont want to go to infogile once again. Keeping my fingers crossed. Lets see how this semester finally ends.

My life

Hi all.
I am back after long gap from blogging.
On the republic day, i have decided to resume my blog which i abandoned.
January 26, 2010.
Its 2010, i never thought that 2010 will come so soon. Its still like a dream to me. I have spent most of the time watching movies and TV series. I think its time to get serious and start doing something serious. I am in third year of computer science engineering and still it looks like i don't know anything about it. In next 2 years i will pass out from this college. On the context of college, i would like to give a short description of the college life.
College
There are two type of ppl in college.
First are the ones who don't care about studying the course syllabus and enjoy what they like to do. Some good examples of our branch are rohit, tabrez, divakar, abhinav, saket(s), ruud and the daru party. Second type of ppl consist of branch-changers type who are only good at one thing-mugging up things. The safest plan for them is to study and prepare for exam. They cant think of anything except mugging up. This is not only true for branch-changers but it also include ppl like chotu, vibhore, ajay(&..) and others.
There lies a third category of ppl, who are confused between these two groups, i am one of those. They dont know which path to take. They want to enjoy like like the first group and also want to score good in exam.
I don't know why i am writing this. I am confused regarding whether to publish it or save it as draft. Rather than doing something productive, i am wasting my time on writing this. This shows the height of confusion a man can ever be.
I am going to stop writing as i don't see any good reason to continue writing now. So i am going to resume the tv series which i left "chuck".
