First of all i would like to clarify that i am not suffering from any mental disease, Industrial and Organisational Psychology is a subject we have to study in sixth semester in B.Tech. Had first sessional test of psychology today. You can guess the scenario if 110 people are made to sit in a small room and there is only one invigilator to monitor them. Firstly he gave a out of syllabus question in the exam, on which people revolted so the number of question were reduced to 4. The questions were not much difficult but the only problem was that there was not enough time to attempt those questions in the given time. So, i had to cut the length of answers. Industrial and Organisational Psychology is such a subject that you can write anything related to organisation in it, it never goes out of syllabus. I answered almost every question, as the weight of paper counts in this test. The only problem was that the professor marked few people when we were writing the answers, it was based on who attended his classes, there were hardly 7-8 people he marked who were present everyday. I was not one of them. I think they deserve those extra 4-5 marks as they attended all the lectures. I am sure there were at least 60-70 people in the class who attended the class for the first time in whole semester. The teacher was also shocked to see so many people. He started video recording in the middle of the test, he might have thought of showing his colleagues how much students attend his class. But that was the first and last time many attended his class, as there wont be second class test, nor will we be sitting in same hall. Everyone will be sitting with their classes.
We also had a networking test in the morning, it was another 3 marks test from Mr.bhaskar. And the worst thing was most of the people didn't knew the syllabus. It has 5 questions, i guess half marks of each answer. Each question had two sub-parts, i dont know how much we were supposed to write for 0.25 marks. So, i wrote enough but now it all depends on the teacher.
Giving two tests just the next day after a party i feel good. As i didn't had to study too much. It all ended smoothly.
